AMediaOps
Operations cockpit for media teams

One board for the whole operation.

AI Media Ops reads the communication a media team already has, email, chat and calendar, and turns it into one board of tasks: what is due today, what is in progress, what is blocked, what is done. Every card says who it is with, when and where, what could stop it, and comes with a prep brief, a background on the person, and the follow-ups to do afterwards. An operator can look at the board at any moment and know the state of the operation.

Built for the teams and clients of Ai Media Group. Access is by invitation or approval.

What it does
  • Messages become cards

Each incoming email, chat or calendar item that needs action becomes one card with a title, a goal, who it is with, when, where and the problems in the way. Replies update the card they belong to instead of creating a new one.

  • A board per person, a board per team

Today, In progress, Blocked and Done, plus the columns your organization adds. Team leads see their team, admins see the whole organization, everyone drags cards where they belong.

  • A prep brief on every card

A meeting gets a short deck outline, a call gets a background on the person with talking points, everything else gets a brief: context, what to check, risks, next step.

  • Follow-ups, remembered

After a call, a recap email and the next call. After a delivery, the invoice. The app suggests them, learns what you actually do, and proposes that first next time.

  • Prompts on the card and on the board

Tell a card what to do in one sentence. Ask the board a question, or change every card about an event at once, with a preview before anything happens.

  • Your rules

Standing instructions in your own words: ignore a sender, put a client first, watch a launch. Changed whenever you like.

What we ask for, and why

AI Media Ops only works with data you choose to give it, and only to run the board for you. Here is every kind of access the app asks for.

  • Signing in with Google or Microsoft

We receive your name, your email address and your profile photo. They create your account, show who holds a card, and match you to the invitation or the approval that lets you in. Nothing else is read at sign-in.

  • Connected accounts

If you connect an email, chat or calendar account, the app reads the messages and events in it to build and update your cards. It reads; it does not send, delete or change anything in those accounts. You choose which accounts to connect, you can pause or disconnect each one at any time from Connect, and disconnecting stops the reading immediately.

  • How the data is used

Your data is used to provide the service to you and your organization: building cards, writing briefs and follow-ups, and answering your prompts. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with anyone outside the providers that run the service for us. Where AI Media Ops uses information received from Google APIs, that use adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Where it lives and who sees it

Data is stored with our hosting providers in the United States and protected by row level security: a person sees their own board, a team lead their team, an admin their organization. Every look an admin takes at someone else's board is written to an audit trail. Ask to have your data deleted at any time.
